Write in English, French or German ; the reply comes in the same language, from a native speaker. An engineer takes the first call, and the written proposal follows within five working days.
What we need in order to answer usefully
Write to info@mz-e.ch, or call. There is no contact form on this site, and that is deliberate : an e-mail reaches the engineer who will answer it, without a template chopping your enquiry into boxes.
Five lines are enough, and the more precise they are, the closer the first proposal will be :
- the municipality of the building : it determines the canton, and therefore the rules and the subsidies that apply ;
- the type of building : house, condominium (PPE), rented apartment building, public building, retail or offices ;
- the year of construction and the present heating system, even approximately ;
- what you expect : a costed replacement decision, a permit file, a review of an installer's quotation, a full mandate ;
- your deadline, if you have one.
Attach whatever you have at hand : a heating bill, an installer's quotation, a plan, a photograph of the plant room. None of it is required to get an answer.
Messages arrive at info@mz-e.ch, and the site and the mailbox are hosted in Switzerland.
